We are receptive to strategic investor proposals that can bring value and strength to our company's future growth.
Public Strategy:
To prepare the company for a listing of our shares on a public exchange, we would need to interview and select a strong Public Market Team. The initial team would consist of SEC attorneys, expanded financial staff, underwriters/market-makers and market analysts. The public listing would require a strategy to define a path to the selected exchange (NASDAQ). The company would be required to strengthen revenues and product offerings to reach a targeted value (share price) and revenue growth that meet the listing criteria.
Preparation for a successful listing of our shares on a public exchange could take twelve to twenty four months.
