U&I would like to give you a little help when you consider requesting our real time offers. The contact page is a basic tool for a simple request for further information from U&I Sugar Corporation, and is not a web-based price calculator.
Please be sure, if you are an end buyer, that you have the ability to prove you have the funds to purchase as this is required with your purchase order / LOI. We do understand many re-sellers and brokers have genuine requests and we are happy to support you. However we must at all times be dealing with the end buyer and the entity with the funds.
U&I Sugar Corporation would not want to enter into any contract, association, joint venture or any of the many offers we receive from intermediaries and brokers, if you feel you need an NCNDA and IMFPA and signed contracts to receive our help. In this case, then maybe we are not the company for you.
U&I log all contact details received using a customer / client contact system which is fully operative. If you approach U&I and we accept you as an intermediary, we will log your contact details against any and all clients and prospects which you present to us. What does this mean for you, the intermediary ? Well, U&I will never change this contact account and should your buyer prospect / client proceed to purchase successfully, you will automatically be paid the agreed commissions, FOREVER.
How do we pay the commissions? Well, we work directly through our solicitors and our bank. Your commission and banking details are lodged, along with your client's detailed contract, with our bankers. This ensures and guarantees you are paid commissions for your hard work and due diligence.
Due diligence is close to our business methodology, and should be to you too. It is most definitely your responsibility to ensure you have checked out your sponsor thoroughly; any company which we feel will not follow our business methods and ideals will be deleted and placed on our blocked list, and this may include the intermediary or introducing party.
What does our blocked list mean? We have been around for a long time and we hold a shared database with ALL mills and factories in the production and sales of sugar around the world. Please remember, this industry has been in existence since the days of the Pharaohs, and we have seen and heard it all, in every language. We share this information with the elite group and the blocked entity would never be in a position to buy sugar again, ever.
The aforementioned scenario fortunately does not effect the majority of us and we are here to help you; U&I have wide ranging resources to help you in your due diligence plus extensive access to a database of clients which has been accumulated over a number of years.
